When it comes to food, Goa has a huge platter for its tourists. There is a plenty of choice especially for non-vegetarians. The seafood of Goa is very popular and it is lip smacking. You will never forget the taste of its lobsters, prawns, fishes, crabs and oysters. They serve you the best available because being close to the Arabian Sea, you can get fresh seafood. Besides the seafood, people also enjoy the local alcoholic drink of Goa a lot, which is “feni”. It is a bit stronger than the regular alcohol so have a control over the intake!

Goan carnivals start from Christmas season and it is a three-day saga. It is the merriest carnival in India and even Indians try to spend their new-year eve in Goa. You can enjoy the folk tradition of the state in this carnival.
