Terms & Conditions
- Minimum duration of stay required is two nights.
- BAR rates would apply for one night stay
- A 15% surcharge is applicable on room rate for stay on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and Extended Weekends.
- Single / Double Occupancy Rates will same on EP, CP & AP Rates.
- Children below the age of 5 years stay with the compliments of the hotel with breakfast and without an extra bed.
- Children between 5 - 14 years can stay with the compliments of the hotel without an extra bed. Food Supplements extra. Extra Bed, if required will be charged at INR 1000/- per night (inclusive of breakfast & taxes) and INR 1600/- night (inclusive of breakfast and all buffet meals) Extra Adult charges will be INR 1600/- per night (inclusive of breakfast & taxes) and INR 3000/- night (inclusive of breakfast and all buffet meals). Only one Extra Adult is permitted in a room.
- Extra bed is allowed only in Premiere Room and Lagoon Suite at The Leela Kempinski Goa.
- Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of 100% advance payment within 3 working days of the booking.
- Bookings for more than three rooms together will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the Hotel.
- This offer is not applicable for meetings / conferences. This is a “Limited room & period offer” – only fixed number rooms are available under this offer. Rates are subject to increase once the allocated rooms get over.
- Check in 1400 Hrs. Check out 1200 Hrs.
- Rates are valid for all nationalities.

Cancellation / Amendment
- Any Cancellation 15 Days Prior shall draw One Night Retention charges.
- Any Cancellation 15 Days or less prior to arrival shall draw full stay as retention.
- A 15% surcharge is applicable on room rate for any change of dates for bookings on all the above offers once the payment is received for the same.
