Terms & Conditions
- Single occupancy is 85% of double occupancy.
- Extension will be on pro-rata basis.
- 01 Child up to 12 yrs free sharing room with parents without extra bed.
- Supplement for cottage room = INR 1000/- per night.
- Supplement for suite room = INR 3000/- per night.
- All bookings confirmed subject to availability of rooms &on receipt of payment before check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of booking should be informed at least 7 days before check-in. For any confirmed booking for the period 1st March '09 to 31st May '09 & from 1st Aug '09 to Sept '09. Cancellation of booking, if informed before:
- 96 hrs, then 1 night retention will be charged
- 72 hrs, then 50% of the package amount will be retained.
- Less than 72 hrs or No Show, then entire amount will be retained.
- Check-in time 1pm &check-out time is 11am.

- All charges are calculated for minimum 7 nights stay and extension of stay will be calculated on pro-rata basis;
